QUALIFYING CRITERIA / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thailand – Phuket & Koh Samui

Complimentary accommodation is offered for 2 Adults and up to 2 children, under the age of 12. Children over the age of 12 may be accommodated subject to availability and in exchange for a surcharge of 99 Euros per child per stay. Minimum stay period allowed is 4 nights and the maximum length of stay would be 7 nights. Accommodation will be provided in one of the participating resorts, subject to operational capacity and resort availability.

All of our participating Thailand luxury resorts belong to a private fractional title membership club. The clubs main objective is to provide ultimate luxury accommodation at affordable prices to all of its members. If you are interested in travelling to Thailand and discovering its magical beauty, staying in luxury accommodation, then this offer is for you.

Our participating resorts have agreed to allow our members / voucher holders to stay at any of their resorts on a “Free accommodation introductory offer basis” to be able to introduce all of their products and services to our members/voucher holders who are interested in making Thailand one of their future destinations.

Please note that all members/voucher holders that qualify for this fantastic offer will be subject to a 90 minute tour of the resorts, its products, services and offers within the duration of their 7 day stay at the participating resort.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Couples married or co-habituating for two or more years,

Singles officially registered with single status are allowed.

Both members of a couple (or single) must be a minimum of 30 years of age prior to check in and no more than 65 years of age prior to check out.

Guests combined annual income must be equal to or be more than R 35 000.00 per month to qualify.

DISQUALIFYING CRITERIA

Group travel is not permitted. A group is defined as two or more families travelling during the same period to the same resort area or property.

Single when part of a couple but travelling alone.

Promotional weeks can not to be used for Honeymoon purposes.

Anybody who has previously enjoyed two similar promotions organised or sponsored by the Absolute Group through any other channel at any other time.

Anybody participating in a similar promotion organised or sponsored by the Absolute Group through any other channel in the previous 18 months prior to the selected arrival date.

  • Anybody employed or associated with the vacation ownership industry either past or present. This offer is not open to existing Absolute owners/members.

PLEASE NOTE

Failure to adhere to the above terms and conditions will result in guests being charged the full advertised rack rate for their accommodation.

An admin fee of 25 Euros would be charged to guests for any change of dates once initial booking made. Certain black-out periods may apply during peak times of high occupancy.

Please ensure that the booking form is fully completed to enable us to process your reservation request. Arrival date should be a Saturday as this is the resort management’s main check-in day. Guests will be asked for their flight arrival details prior to check-in in order to finalize their reservation.

Any accommodation booked cannot be transferred to another party.

No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions.

Flight details will be required from the guests in order to finalize their booking and if supplied at least 6 weeks prior to check-in date then they shall be provided with a complimentary airport pickup (Phuket & Koh Samui only).

If flight details are not received then automated emails will be sent to the guests directly requesting their flight arrival information at timed intervals.

First at 6 weeks prior to check‐in and then again at 4 weeks prior to check‐in.

If flight details still not received we shall attempt to call the client to obtain this information. If unable to contact then we shall issue a warning that the booking may be cancelled. If applicable notice of cancelation with be sent to client and generator.

PLEASE NOTE: All effort will be made by Absolute to collect the full rack rate from any non‐complying guests during their stay.

Amendments

Bookings can be amended up to 4 weeks prior to check‐in however we would only allow one change per booking free of charge and for subsequent changes we reserve the right to charge a 25 Euro admin fee. Bookings are non‐transferable, so name changes are not accepted. Reservations must be cancelled and new ones requested.

Deposit

Upon check‐in guests would be asked for a copy of their debit / credit card for room security as per normal resort procedures, if clients are not in possession of a debit / credit card then a cash deposit of €500 will be requested.
